We accept UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash at our Vadodara office. For international bookings, we also accept wire transfers. A 50% advance confirms your booking.

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a nominal processing fee. 15–30 days before: 75% refund. 7–14 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: refund depends on non-recoverable costs (hotels, flights). Travel insurance is recommended.

No. We believe in complete transparency. Every quote includes a detailed cost breakdown covering hotels, transport, meals (as per plan), and activities. Anything extra is clearly marked as optional.
